Stadia was launched in November 2019 in the 14 countries namely United States ,the United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland , Germany, Norway Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, and the Italy. At the First launch the service was limited to the subscription-only Pro Model. And In December 2020, Stadia expanded Its Reach to the 8 new European Countries: Switzerland, Romania Hungary, Portugal, Austria, Czech, Poland, Slovakia.
In the View of Covid when many of the people were quarantining at home during the COVID-19 Pandemic in April 2020, Google launched the free version of Stadia, available to anyone in the eligible countries with a valid Google account. The Pro subscription was given at no cost for two months to all new and existing platform users.
